This client was almost finished with a degree in Information Technology – Computer Network Systems when he came contacted Blue Flamingo Productions to do his resume for him; though he had worked for years as a Technician and a Copy Machine Repairman, he was ready to start sending his resume to companies in search of IT Specialists. Blue Flamingo Productions wrote his current job using terminology that was connected to the IT world so that he could easily transition into his new field of choice.
Network Specialist 3 years
As a client-focused, solution-savvy Network Specialist for Toshiba’s accounts across the NE Ohio territory, ultimately responsible for quickly and accurately installing, networking, testing, and servicing document management and scanning software on client networks and desktops. Install drivers, IP/server/email addresses, and all network connections to ensure continuity and compatibility across the system at each account. Network printers, copiers, fax machines, and scanners and any/all other multifunction networking devices with client’s PCs and MACs. Effectively set up end users at the desktop level. In addition, maintain additional role as a Network Technician, troubshooting and repairing high-tech, digital Toshiba copiers at customer accounts throughout East Cleveland. Serve as the “go to” person; highly-respected by both colleagues and clients for consistently demonstrating technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and an ability to assess, meet, and exceed client/user needs and expectations. By providing outstanding technical service at each site, effectively maximize profitability, minimize equipment downtime, increase product utilization, and ensure Toshiba integrity.
