No matter what religious beliefs you have, no matter what shape you are in physically, no matter where you are in your mind mentally, and no matter how you feel emotionally ~ QiGong is a universal, easy-to-do, effective form of meditation, exercise, and energy-boosting daily practice to improve, enhance, and uplift your life.

If you are frustrated, stressed out, anxious, or fearful ~ over any one or a number of things in your life (your job, your finances, your relationships, your physical condition) the simple practice of QiGong will change and improve your life, your outlook, and your energy.

You know you have no more time to waste THINKING about what it is you want to accomplish, WONDERING how you are going to achieve your personal and professional goals, WORRYING about what is or is not happening in your life, or FRETTING about bills, people, or things. It is time to ACT. To DO. To BE. To LIVE in every moment of every day.

I first started practicing QiGong in 1997. I recommend it for everyone – everywhere – who wants to live a joyful, hopeful, calm, inspired, invigorating, giving, love-filled existence.
